MicroClear® Filtrate outlets
MicroClear® filtrate outlets are optimised to the requirements of MicroClear® filters and offer a fitting solution for every filter frame. Decisive for optimal operation of the filter is a constant, correctly adjusted and regulated filtration pressure.
The filter always works at its optimal operating point thanks to perfectly coordinated regulation. The designation FA for filtrate outlets is a reference to the filtrate throughput per day. We recommend the use of backflushing systems beginning with frame sizes of more than 100 m² and larger. Implementing a backflush system for smaller plants is generally not necessary and also not economical.

FA-50
Suitable for: 2 pc. MA03-XL2 and MB2-1
The FA-8/20 is designed for the requirements of small systems such as, for example, systems from 32 up to about 100 residents. Typically there is no backflush facility built into these systems.
The filtrate outlet consists of a self-priming pump, an electronic negative pressure instrument and a frequency converter with an optimally adjusted PID regulator. Thanks to practiced adjustment, an absolutely constant filtration pressure is achieved without unwanted pressure fluctuations.

FA-500
Suitable for all filter frames from MB2-2 to MB5-4
The FA-500 is applicable for all filter frames from 60 m³/day up to 500 m³/day. These plants typically have backflush capability. All valves necessary for this are already pre-attached to the pump unit. Simply connect it to the backflush tank and the MicroClear® filter pack – finished.

FA-1500
Suitable for MB5-5, up to 2 pc.
The FA-1500 is applicable for all filter frames from 500 m³/day up to 1500 m³/day. These plants typically have backflush capability. All valves necessary for this are already pre-attached to the pump unit. Simply connect it to the backflush tank and the MicroClear® filter pack – finished.
